Onora Capital is an online marketplace for international real estate. We bring listings from sellers, agencies and private owners together and connect them to buyers worldwide. We do not represent either side, do not advise, and are not a brokerage.
Our model
Onora's business model is intentionally simple. Sellers start free on Select and choose a flat plan for more listings and visibility — that's it. No brokerage percentage on closed deals, no agency retainer, no wasted spend. Buyers use the platform free of charge.
We don't share in transaction outcomes. Onora is not a broker, not an agent, and never the counterparty. We connect buyers with sellers, and what happens after first contact is a matter between them.
What we are not
We do not provide financial, legal or tax advice. We do not verify or endorse any seller's financial projections. We do not negotiate, conclude or execute any transaction. Every investor must conduct their own independent due diligence and seek their own qualified advisers. Onora connects parties; it does not represent them.
