Every listing on Onora carries a score from 0 to 100. It measures one thing: how complete the information provided by the seller is, and how that seller performs on the marketplace. It is not advice, and it is not a verdict on the property.

What the score measures.
The score is built from four measurements in two groups. On every listing page you can open the score to see exactly how these points add up for that submission.
About the listing
55 OF THE 100 POINTSThese points are specific to the submission itself.
Information provided
30 pointsHow much of the information a seller can share is present: photos, a real description, the exact location, key facts such as price, type, stage and size, plus documents and media.
Verification and freshness
25 pointsWhether the seller account passed its identity check, whether the listing comes from its original source, and how recently it was updated.
About the seller
45 OF THE 100 POINTSThese points follow the seller account and apply to all of their listings.
Responsiveness to buyers
30 pointsHow quickly and how consistently the seller responds to buyer requests. New sellers hold a neutral baseline until they have a track record.
Buyer reviews
15 pointsReviews from buyers the seller has worked with on Onora. Sellers without reviews yet hold a neutral baseline.

What a score means.
Each band describes what that level of score says about a submission. A lower band means the seller has not provided all the information that can be shared on Onora. It does not say the property itself is better or worse, only how completely it has been presented.

SCORE 85 TO 100
The seller has provided close to all the information that can be shared on Onora, and the listing scores strongly across the marketplace.
Well documented
SCORE 70 TO 84
Most of the information a seller can provide on Onora is present. Some of it has not been provided, or parts of the score are still building up.
Partially documented
SCORE 55 TO 69
The seller has provided part of the information that can be shared on Onora. A meaningful share of it has not been provided.
Basic information
SCORE 0 TO 54
The seller has provided the basic information only. Much of the information that can be shared on Onora has not been provided.

How the score is used.
- Ranking: listings with higher scores appear higher in search results and on location pages.
- The badge: listings scoring 70 or higher carry a Gold or Platinum badge on search cards.
- Transparency: every listing page shows its score, its band and the full point breakdown, so a buyer always sees how completely a submission has been documented before making contact.
- The score never decides whether a listing may be published. Publication requires a fixed floor of essential information, the score only steers visibility.
THE HONEST LIMIT
A measure of completeness, not advice.
Onora is an online marketplace, not a broker and not an adviser. A high score means a submission is complete and the seller performs well on Onora. It does not mean the property is a good purchase, and a low score does not mean it is a bad one. Onora does not verify or endorse financial figures and takes no part in any transaction. Every buyer conducts their own research and engages their own advisers.
