Every listing on Onora carries a score from 0 to 100. It measures one thing: how complete the information provided by the seller is, and how that seller performs on the marketplace. It is not advice, and it is not a verdict on the property.

The anatomy of the 100 points.
The score is built from four measurements in two groups: points that belong to the submission itself, and points that follow the seller account. Select a segment to see what it measures. On every listing page you can open the score to see exactly how these points add up for that submission.
Information provided
58 OF 100 POINTSHow much of the information a seller can share is present: photos, a real description, the exact location, key facts such as price, type, stage and size, the facilities and features, the investment details, plus documents and media. This is by far the largest part of the score.

How the score is used.
Ranking: listings with higher scores appear higher in search results and on location pages.
The badge: listings scoring 70 or higher carry a Gold or Platinum badge on search cards.
Transparency: every listing page shows its score, its band and the full point breakdown, so a buyer always sees how completely a submission has been documented before making contact.
The score never decides whether a listing may be published. Publication requires a fixed floor of essential information, the score only steers visibility.

A measure of completeness, not advice.
Onora is an online marketplace, not a broker and not an adviser. A high score means a submission is complete and the seller performs well on Onora. It does not mean the property is a good purchase, and a low score does not mean it is a bad one. Onora does not verify or endorse financial figures and takes no part in any transaction. Every buyer conducts their own research and engages their own advisers.
